About the author
Pat Woodruff
Pat Woodruff is a first-time author and proud Baby Boomer who wrote Making Medicare Easy to help her generation cut through the confusion of Medicare. After years of raising two daughters and managing the beautiful chaos of family life, she finally found the space to pursue a longtime goal: writing a book.
With a background in real-world problem-solving (thanks to decades of parenting, organizing, and navigating life’s curveballs), Pat brings a relatable voice to a topic that often feels overwhelming. Her mission? Make Medicare easier to understand, less intimidating, and even more enjoyable.
When she’s not writing or answering Medicare questions at social gatherings, Pat enjoys traveling with her husband Mike, cozy evenings at home, and she is an avid reader. This is her first book—but not her last. She still works as a project manager.
